My Story
Accomplished banking and credit management professional with over 35+ years of experience at First National Bank, now transitioning into professional coaching. ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with over 100 coaching hours and a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching (SACAP). Skilled in guiding professionals to set and achieve goals, improve time management, and leverage positive psychology for personal and career growth. Recognized for driving innovation, operational efficiency, and team development in financial services, while bringing passion, enthusiasm, and a proven ability to help individuals achieve their aspirations.
What am I passionate about?
My passion is people especially people going through tough times.
As a graduate from the University of Hard Knocks, I have learned the importance of having someone not afraid to walk through the trenches with you, it may just be the difference between winning and quitting. As a stage 4 cancer survivor having survived cancer twice, hijacked twice and shot at, thankfully the bullet missed, suffered depression twice, I am well equipped to walk in the trenches. Passionate about empowering individuals through time management, goal setting, and positive psychology. Strengths include fostering accountability, building confidence, and enabling sustainable performance improvements. Greatest reward: seeing clients achieve their personal and professional goals.
